  • 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Combine onions, carrots, celery, tomatoes, garlic, broth, water, basil, oregano, rosemary and black pepper into crock pot.
  2. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
  3. Add tortellini, spinach and Parmesan cheese and cook on low another hour.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
