- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and coconut in a large bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Stir together the salt, maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, allspice, and vanilla in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour over the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Spread the mixture out over the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 300 degrees until crispy and toasted, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- Cool thoroughly, then stir in raisins.
