  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and coconut in a large bowl.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. Stir together the salt, maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, allspice, and vanilla in a medium saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated.
  7. Spread the mixture out over the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 300 degrees until crispy and toasted, about 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
  9. Cool thoroughly, then stir in raisins.
