  • 4 cups Rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cups Wheat Germ
  • 3/4 cups Oat Bran
  • 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds, Roasted, Unsalted
  • 1/2 cups Almonds, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups chop Pecans
  • 1/2 cups chop Walnuts
  • 1/3 cups Coconut, Flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/3 cups Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cups Honey
  • 1/3 cups Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoons Allspice, Ground

  2. Combine the oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds, pecans, walnuts, and coconut in a large bowl.

  4. Stir together the salt, maple syrup, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, allspice, and vanilla in a medium saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  7. Spread the mixture out over the parchment-lined baking sheet.
