Stove Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a bowl mix together all ingredients except tortillas.
- Heat a sauté pan over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla on skillet and then a heaping 1/2 cup full of mixture in each tortilla spreading to the edges. Top with another tortilla.
- Heat for 1 minute or until bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Flip and heat for another 1-2 minutes until that bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Transfer to plate and continue with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut each quesadilla into 8 wedges.
