Why would I want to freeze this?
- Place turkey, onion, garlic, chicken broth and vegetables in a pot.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, milk and oil. Stir until it forms a sticky dough.
- Drop dumplings by the spoonful on top of the soup. (Dough will be sticky.)
- Simmer for 10 minutes with the lid on.
- Remove lid. Simmer until desired consistency.
- Let cool.
- Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
