  • 2 cups Chicken Broth/Stock

  • 2 1/2 cups cook Broccoli Cuts, Frozen
  • 3 1/2 cups cook Brown Rice, Long-Grain
  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper

  • 1/8 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Melt butter in large saucepan
  2. Add onions. Let simmer until almost translucent.
  3. Add in garlic. Let cook for 3 more minutes.
  4. Add in chicken broth and cook for a few minutes.
  5. Whisk in sour cream. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Remove from the heat and add turkey, broccoli, cooked rice, pepper, salt and cayenne to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
  7. Divide among indicated number of greased baking pans. Cover with foil, label and freeze.
