Why would I want to freeze this?
- Melt butter in large saucepan
- Add onions. Let simmer until almost translucent.
- Add in garlic. Let cook for 3 more minutes.
- Add in chicken broth and cook for a few minutes.
- Whisk in sour cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Remove from the heat and add turkey, broccoli, cooked rice, pepper, salt and cayenne to the pan. Mix thoroughly.
- Divide among indicated number of greased baking pans. Cover with foil, label and freeze.
