Why would I want to freeze this?
- Lay the turkey slices side by side on a flat surface, in a straight line, overlapping by about 1-2″ each.
- Spread the cream cheese on the turkey slices- right up to the edge.
- Spread an even layer of the cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese.
- Start at the widest part of the bottom and roll up tightly.
- Cut into equal portions and wrap with plastic wrap. Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
