Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Lay the turkey slices side by side on a flat surface, in a straight line, overlapping by about 1-2″ each.
  2. Spread the cream cheese on the turkey slices- right up to the edge.
  3. Spread an even layer of the cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Start at the widest part of the bottom and roll up tightly.
  5. Cut into equal portions and wrap with plastic wrap. Divide among indicated number of bags. Seal, label and freeze.
