Why would I want to freeze this?
- In a bowl, mix cooked ground turkey, broth, teriyaki sauce and coriander.
- In a wok or skillet, heat oil #1 and scramble eggs until they are just set.
- Remove from pan and add to bowl with turkey.
- Heat oil #2 and saute ginger,carrots, green pepper, and green onions until tender.
- Stir in rice and peas. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add in turkey mixture and heat through.
- Allow to cool.
- Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
