  • 1 1/2 cups cook Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Broth/Stock
  • 3 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander, Ground
  • 1/2 tablespoons Peanut Oil #1
  • 2 individual beat Egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Peanut Oil #2
  • 2 teaspoons peel and mince Ginger, Fresh
  • 1/2 cups dice Carrot, Baby
  • 3/4 cups dice Bell Pepper, Green
  • 3/4 cups dice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • 3 cups cook Brown Rice, Short-Grain
  • 1 cup Peas, Frozen

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, mix cooked ground turkey, broth, teriyaki sauce and coriander.
  2. In a wok or skillet, heat oil #1 and scramble eggs until they are just set.
  3. Remove from pan and add to bowl with turkey.
  4. Heat oil #2 and saute ginger,carrots, green pepper, and green onions until tender.
  5. Stir in rice and peas. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add in turkey mixture and heat through.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Divide into indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze.
