  1. Slice cooked, cooled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out inside of potato.
  2. Place inside of potatoes in a bowl and mash.
  3. Mix in melted butter, brown sugar and pecans.
  4. Place back inside potato skins.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of potatoes.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
