These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Slice cooked, cooled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out inside of potato.
- Place inside of potatoes in a bowl and mash.
- Mix in melted butter, brown sugar and pecans.
- Place back inside potato skins.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Why would I want to freeze this?
- Slice cooked, cooled potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop out inside of potato.

- Flash freeze.
- Once frozen, place into indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
