  3. Shape into patties using a 1/2 cup measure (for large) or 1/4 cup measure (for sliders).

  5. Place chilled patties in hot oil small batches and fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer patties to a baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
