These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place cashews in a medium bowl. Cover with water #1.
- Allow cashews to sit for at least two hours.
- Combine cashews, lemon juice, water #2, salt, and garlic in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Spread pizza sauce on pizza crust.
- Dollop cashew mixture on top of sauce.
- Cover with tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, red onions, and black olives.
- Bake pizza at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
