Make It Now Cooking Directions

Stove Cook

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. In a bowl combine coconut flour, arrowroot powder, salt, baking powder and garlic powder.
  2. In another bowl combine water and olive oil.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until a smooth dough forms. If dough is crumbly, add a touch of olive oil.
  4. Divide dough into allocated number of sections based on servings. Roll each section into a bowl. Cover with damp cloth to prevent drying.
  5. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle to medium high, adding 1 tsp coconut oil per piece.
  6. Place one dough ball between two sections of plastic wrap and roll into a 4 to 5 inch circle.
  7. Remove one side of plastic and transfer to the heated skillet, being careful not to touch the dough too much with your hands.
  8. Grill on each side until golden brown all over and charred in places.
  9. Cool slightly on a wire rack.
  10. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
