  1. This looks delicious. I have never made my own bacon, I always buy the store kind. However, the base we live at now has the gross hot pink play dough looking “bacon” and I just cannot get over the colors. I will have to look into making my own.

    1. You’re right, that doesn’t sound too appealing. The bacon recipe is relatively simple. It comes out a deep brownish-red color…no hot pink play-doh here! 🙂

  2. This bacon and avocado melt sounds delicious! I didn’t use to like avocado and then on a trip to California I tasted it again, and now I can’t get enough of it 🙂
