- Lay out half of bread and top with half of cheese slices.
- Top with avocado spread, bacon and other half of cheese slices.

Join the discussionThis looks delicious. I have never made my own bacon, I always buy the store kind. However, the base we live at now has the gross hot pink play dough looking “bacon” and I just cannot get over the colors. I will have to look into making my own.

You’re right, that doesn’t sound too appealing. The bacon recipe is relatively simple. It comes out a deep brownish-red color…no hot pink play-doh here! 🙂
