    1. Anna, I’m sorry but only our diet and paleo recipes currently include nutrition info. Many of our members use an app like My Fitness Pal to calculate nutritional info for other recipes. I’m sorry for this inconvenience.

  1. Would this taste good as a veggie burger with bread? Also, could I use cauliflower crumbles too? Should I cook those first before putting in the meatless crumbles? Thanks:)

    1. Hi Aruna, I don’t believe this recipe would work as a veggie burger because you don’t have a good binder to make a patty. You could use Cauliflower Crumbles instead but it will give you a different texture. But yes, you need to cook the crumbles before putting them in with your meatless substitute. Hope this helps.

  2. Is this supposed to have different ingredients? The description was a lentil/brown rice “beef,” but then my shopping list has me buying meat substitute crumbles.

    1. Thanks for asking for clarification, Bonnie! You’ll find that many substitute beef crumbles are made from either brown rice, lentil, or a combination of the two. We hope this helps!

  3. Love this – I make it with lentils instead of the substitute beef crumbles. Sometimes add sauteed onion. Serve in tortillas. Yummy!
