  • 15 ounces Refried Beans
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Taco Seasoning
  • 1 individual Pre-made Pizza Crust, 12-inch
  • 15 ounces drain and rinse Black Beans, Canned
  • ¼ cups drain Black Olives, Sliced, Canned
  • ½ cups dice Tomato
  • 1 cup slice Green Onion (Scallion)
  • ½ cups Corn, Frozen
  • 2 ½ cups Mexican Cheese, Shredded
  • ⅓ cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • ½ cups crush Tortilla Chips

  • 1 cup chop Lettuce, Leaf
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt, Plain

Make It Now Cooking Directions

These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.

  1. Mash olive oil, refried beans, and taco seasoning together in a bowl. Spread over pizza crust.
  2. Evenly sprinkle black beans over pizza, followed by black olives, tomatoes, onion, corn, cheese, cilantro, and tortilla chips.
  3. Place pizza on baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with lettuce and Greek yogurt.

  1. Make sure your re-friend beans don’t have lard in them for this to be truly vegetarian. Trader Joe’s re-fried pinto beans are NOT vegetarian, Old El Paso makes a veggie version, but you have to buy the one labeled Vegetarian, but Trader Joe’s re-fried black beans with jalapenos would be a great alternative too.

  2. I used whole wheat pitas for the crust. So we each have our own individual pizzas. So good! Great recipe with plenty of room for variation.
