Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a frying pan, brown sausage over medium-high heat.
  2. Whisk eggs and water together; stir in mushrooms, spinach, green chilies, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  3. Add sausage to bottom of baking pan and pour egg mixture over it.
  4. Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags, label and freeze flat.
