  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onions and saute until translucent.
  2. Add the potatoes, salt and black pepper, and saute.
  3. When the potatoes are halfway done, stir in the bell peppers and sausage. Cook for 10-15 minutes until all is done.
