  • 1 individual Pizza Dough
  • ¾ cups soften Butter, Unsalted
  • ½ cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated
  • 4 ½ teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano, Dried
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, Dried

These directions help you cook or prepare this meal PRIOR to being frozen for serving later (see Serving Day Directions when you are ready to prepare it to eat).

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Divide pizza dough into indicated number of freezer bags.
  2. Mix together softened butter and all other ingredients.
  3. Roll the butter into a log.
  4. Wrap with plastic wrap and place in gallon bag with dough.
  5. Label and freeze.

Bake

These directions help you cook or reheat this meal AFTER it's been frozen for when you are ready to eat it.

  1. Thaw: In fridge
  2. When dough is completely thawed, Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll each ball into a 12-in. rope and tie into a knot; tuck ends under. Place 2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
  3. Place butter mixture in bowl and melt in microwave.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of butter mixture to top of each of the rolls.
  5. Bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. When removed from oven but still hot, add remaining butter mixture to top.
  7. Serve warm.
