  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoons Nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  2. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add in eggs, honey, vanilla, coconut oil and orange juice.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Do not overmix.
  4. Add in diced strawberries and mix.
  5. Pour in greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake at 400F for 10-15 minutes or until baked through.
  7. Allow to cool.
  8. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
