- 5 cups Rolled Oats
- 2 1/2 cups Almonds, Raw
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds, Raw
- 3/4 cups Sesame Seeds
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, Ground

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a large bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the applesauce, honey, maple syrup and oil.
- Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread evenly onto rimmed baking sheets in a single layer.
- Bake at 300 for 35-45 minutes, stirring and rotating the pans every 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, stir to mix well. It will crisp as it cools.
- For fruit, cut fruit into small, bite size pieces.
- Place a small amount of yogurt in an ice-cube tray.
- Next, place fruit into the trays and cover completely with remaining yogurt.
- Place in freezer until slightly frozen, then serve along with granola.
