Update April 2025: We no longer provide nutrition information on all of our recipes.

At Once A Month Meals, our mission has always been to make freezer meal planning simple, convenient, and accessible for busy individuals and families. As we continue to evaluate how our members use our features, we’ve made the decision to discontinue providing nutrition facts on individual recipes.

Why the Change?

We know that for some, nutrition data is an important part of meal planning. However, after reviewing usage, we found that most of our members weren’t relying on our nutrition labels or were already using their own preferred methods to track macros, calories, and other details.

Additionally, the cost of maintaining this feature has outweighed its benefit. Rather than raising membership prices, we’ve chosen to focus on the tools and features that bring the most value to our community—like providing diverse meal plans, dietary tagging, and easy freezer meal prep solutions.

What’s Staying the Same?

While individual nutrition facts will no longer be displayed, our dietary tags remain! That means you’ll still be able to find meal plans and recipes labeled as:
Diabetes-Friendly
Keto
Paleo
Gluten-Free Dairy-Free
Vegetarian
… and more!

How to Get Nutrition Info for Recipes

If you’d still like to track nutrition data, there are several free and affordable tools available:
📌 MyFitnessPal – Easily input ingredients for full nutrition breakdowns.
📌 Cronometer – A detailed macro and micronutrient tracker.
📌 AI Tools like ChatGPT – Quickly analyze nutrition by inputting a recipe.

Our Commitment to You

We understand that change isn’t always easy, and we appreciate your support as we make decisions that allow OAMM to continue providing valuable meal planning resources. By eliminating this feature, we’re able to keep our membership affordable while focusing on the things that matter most—helping you save time, money, and effort in the kitchen.

As always, we’re here to help make freezer cooking as simple and stress-free as possible. Thank you for being part of the OAMM community!

Prior to April 2025: We provide nutritional information on all of our recipes.  You can locate that information on the recipe page in MenuBuilder.

Please note that our nutrition data comes from a 3rd party software (ESHA Food & Nutrition Database) that is a dietitian’s standard database approved by the USDA.  Therefore we are not in complete control of final listed results.  As always, if calculations seem off, by all means, go with what you have calculated but we have no way of altering what you see listed on our website directly.
