  1. Beat egg until a medium bowl until fluffy.
  2. Add flour, milk, applesauce, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt and stir until smooth.
  3. Heat a griddle over medium heat and grease with butter.
  4. Pour small pancakes onto griddle.
  5. Sprinkle banana pieces onto the batter.
  6. Flip after 3 minutes.
  7. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes or until brown on both sides.
