  • ¼ cups Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 ¼ pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 individual Egg
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups dice Green Onions (Scallions) #1
  • 1 teaspoon mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 1 tablespoon peel and dice Ginger, Fresh
  • ¼ cups chop Cilantro, Fresh

  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil #1
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce #2
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil #2
  • 2 tablespoons juice Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • ⅛ cups dice Green Onions (Scallions) #2

  3. Bake in oven at 500 degrees for 15 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce #2, sesame oil #2, lime juice, water and green onions #2.
  5. Pour into saucepan and heat through over medium heat.
  6. Serve meatballs with sauce.
