- Lay chicken on a clean working surface and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
- Using a knife, fill each jalapeno half with a small amount of cream cheese.
- Top each piece of chicken with 1 jalapeno half.
- Wrap one bacon half piece around each chicken/jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
- Brush barbecue sauce over each bite.
- Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
