  • 1/8 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 16 individual seed and halve JalapeƱo
  • 2 ounces soften Cream Cheese
  • 16 individual halve Bacon
  • 1/4 cups Barbecue Sauce

  1. Lay chicken on a clean working surface and sprinkle salt and pepper evenly on both sides.
  2. Using a knife, fill each jalapeno half with a small amount of cream cheese.
  3. Top each piece of chicken with 1 jalapeno half.
  4. Wrap one bacon half piece around each chicken/jalapeno and secure with a toothpick.
  5. Brush barbecue sauce over each bite.
  6. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
