  1. Using a kitchen mallet, pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and chili powder.
  3. Roll chicken and wrap in bacon. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Place chicken poppers on a pan and bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
