  • ¼ teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 8 individual Bacon

  1. Using a kitchen mallet, pound chicken breasts until thin.
  2. Season both sides of chicken with salt and chili powder.
  3. Roll chicken and wrap in bacon. Secure with wooden toothpicks.
  4. Wrap poppers in plastic wrap and place in indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
