  • 2 teaspoons mince Garlic, Cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cook Ground Turkey
  • 16 ounces Coleslaw (Shredded Cabbage)
  • 1 cup dice Onion
  • 1 cup dice Mushrooms
  • 1/4 cups chop Cilantro, Fresh
  • 20 individual Eggroll Wrapper

  2. Combine with chopped vegetables and cilantro.

  5. Place rolled egg rolls on greased baking sheet and bake at 400F about 10 minutes.
  6. Turn and bake an additional 10 minutes or until hot and crispy.
