Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Thinly cut flank steak into one even strip for each serving.
- For marinade: Combine beef broth #1, pressed garlic, rosemary #1, pepper and salt.
- Place 3-4 strips of red pepper, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in the middle of each steak.
- Roll and secure with toothpicks
- Place steaks in 8x8 pan and top with marinade.
- Marinade 2 hours up to overnight
- In a saucepan combine beef broth #2, balsamic vinegar, sucanat and fresh rosemary #2.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and allow to simmer until sauce is thick and bubbly, about 1/3 its original volume.
- Grill steaks over medium heat 6-10 minutes, until desired doneness is reached and veggies are crisp tender.
- Brush a generous amount of balsamic glaze over each steak.
