<p>Can you still enjoy fruity, fluffy pancakes on a Wednesday? Why yes, you can! If a certain aunt whose name begins with "J" can serve up tasty pancakes from the freezer, then why can't you? And trust me, yours will be much cheaper and much healthier.</p>

  • 1 1/2 cups Pancake/Biscuit/Baking Mix, Whole Wheat
  • 2 tablespoons Flaxseed, Ground
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1 individual Egg
  • 2 tablespoons melt Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cups peel and mash Banana
