Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Mix chicken and bbq sauce #1 together.
- Roll out and stretch the dough onto sheet pan(s) drizzled with olive oil #1.
- Drizzle olive oil #2 over crust and sprinkle with salt.
- Spoon bbq sauce #2 onto the crust and spread evenly.
- Top sauce with mozzarella.
- Sprinkle with chicken and onion. Lastly sprinkle with cilantro.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and toppings are bubbly. (If you have a pizza stone, place in oven to preheat ahead of time)
