Join the discussionThese are amazing! I could hardly get them in the freezer before my husband tried to eat them all. We threw away our old instant-pancake mix. Never again!
Are part of the directions missing? It starts with remove mixture from fridge. What mixture??????
Great catch, Angela! The first part of the directions should read to soak the oats in buttermilk in the fridge for 1 hour or more. I’ll pass this along to our team for a correction.
Huge hit! Froze half and ate half. No syrup needed.
We’re so glad you enjoyed it, Cindy!!
Can you substitute the sugar for apple sauce for a toddler?
We would not recommend it because the extra liquid from the applesauce will make the pancakes very runny.
