- 1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs, Italian
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Grated

- Place egg in a bowl for egg wash.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, pepper, salt, garlic powder and onion powder in a flat bowl.
- Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner.
- Then, wrap each breast in plastic wrap and flatten using a meat mallet.
- On top of each chicken breast, layer swiss cheese, american cheese and deli ham.
- Roll chicken up tightly.
- Dip rolled chicken into egg wash, then place in bread crumb bowl.
- Cover outside of chicken with bread crumbs, using your hands if necessary.
- Place breaded chicken seam side down in a greased baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
