  1. Spray skillet with a non stick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine egg substitute, bell pepper, green onions and garlic powder.
  3. Pour egg mixture into skillet and scramble eggs.
  4. Once eggs are cooked, divide into tortillas, top with cheese and fold tortillas in half.
  5. Spray skillet with a non stick cooking spray. Cook quesadillas on each side for 4 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.

One serving of our version has approximately 270 calories. Please note that all nutrition information, even on packaged food products, is considered an estimate. The slight difference in the nutrition facts on our recipe versus the packaged product is due to small differences in exact ingredients used as well as exact serving size (our serving appears to be slightly larger).       1. Thanks! I am going to make these this weekend. I found Eggbeaters that already have the peppers, onion, and garlic in them and I am substituting the 2% cheese with non-fat cheese. I am also going to use diced Canadian bacon Instead of turkey bacon.

    2. Unfortunately smart ones don’t make them any longer:(
      If you make it with low carb tortilla =70 cal, egg substitute =50cal; reduced cheese = 45c and veggies are 0 is 165 calories. I think it’s less?
