- 2 individual Swiss Cheese, Light, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil #2

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- In a skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil #1 and butter.
- Add onions and stir to coat. Reduce heat to medium.
- Let onions cook for 30 minutes stirring every 5 minutes, until onions are brown and caramelized.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of horseradish per sandwich on bread slices.
- Top with roast beef, onions and swiss cheese. Top with bread slice.
- Brush outsides of sandwiches with olive oil #2. Place sandwiches in panini press or cook on griddle.
- Cook until outside of sandwich is brown and cheese is melted.
