  1. In a mixing bowl, add bananas, yogurt, applesauce and egg.
  2. Mix in baking soda, baking powder, sugar, flour and oatmeal.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

  1. What kind of oatmeal? I have been waiting to make these, they soung so yummy. Just froze some fruit breakfast burritos. we cant wait to try them.

  2. This recipe could not have come out at a better time… Whole Foods had pints of organic blueberries on sale for $5 off today. Woot!!!I have 20 muffins (from one batch) in the oven right now. I’m hoping the substitution of banana YoBaby for the plain yogurt will go well.

      1. Figured everything up…..according to my calculations this would be 2.24 WW pts, in case anyone else is wondering :)I used the “old” WW method, and this is using vanilla yogurt because that’s what I had on hand to make them.
