  • 1 cup rinse, drain, and cook Quinoa
  • 3/4 cups Milk
  • 3/4 cups Blueberries
  • 1 3/4 cups Flour, Whole Wheat
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder

  2. Add milk slowly and stir until combined.
  3. Fold in blueberries.
  4. Mix together flour and baking powder, then add to wet ingredients.
  5. If the mixture seems too moist, add a little more flour (it depends how moist your quinoa is).
  6. The mixture should form a ball of dough.
  7. Roll out to 1″ thick and cut in wedges.
  8. Bake on a greased and floured sheet at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
