  1. We are not a huge fan of buffalo wings or bleu cheese, any suggestions for subs? I love the idea of the quinoa & chix mixed together like this!

  2. Made these just in patties on an aluminum lined cookie sheet. (Added an extra egg for the recipe tripled so it would stick together a little better). They were great and not as spicy as I thought it would be!
