- 12 ounces soften Cream Cheese
- 6 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cups Chocolate Chips, Semisweet
- 3/4 cups Vanilla Chips #1
- 5 individual Food Coloring, Yellow #1
- 1/2 cups Butterscotch Chips
- 1/4 cups Vanilla Chips #2
- 5 individual Food Coloring, Yellow #2

Make It Now Cooking Directions
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Place cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a mixing bowl.
- Beat with mixer, starting slowly and increasing speed as powdered sugar gets incorporated. Beat until smooth. Set aside.
- Pour semi-sweet chocolate chips into microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave and stir until smooth.
- Stir ¼ of the cream cheese mixture into melted chocolate, stirring until well blended.
- Pour into greased 8x8 glass baking dish and spread evenly.
- Pour white chocolate chips #1 into microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave and stir until smooth.
- Stir in 1/3 of remaining cream cheese mixture and several drops of yellow food coloring into melted white chocolate until desired yellow color is achieved.
- Reheat in microwave for 15-20 seconds to make more spreadable, then spread this layer over chocolate layer in baking dish.
- Pour butterscotch chips and white chocolate chips #2 into microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave and stir until smooth.
- Stir ½ of remaining cream cheese mixture and a few drops each of yellow food coloring #2 and orange food coloring into melted butterscotch mixture until desired orange color is achieved.
- Reheat in microwave for 15-20 seconds to make more spreadable, then spread this layer over yellow layer in baking dish.
- Pour white chocolate chips #3 into microwave safe bowl. Melt in microwave and stir until smooth.
- Stir in remaining cream cheese mixture. Reheat in microwave for 15-20 seconds to make more spreadable, then spread this layer over orange layer in baking dish.
- Press pieces of candy corn into top of fudge, arranged so that one piece will be centered on top of each square of fudge once it is cut.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Cut chilled fudge into 1-1½ inch squares, cutting between each piece of candy corn to keep it centered on the fudge square.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
