- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef.
- After browning, remove from heat. Stir in onion, Worcestershire, mustard, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Lay eggroll wrappers flat and divide meat mixture into wrappers.
- Fold end of eggroll wrapper up, then roll up.
- Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
