This may seem obvious but it is early for me…is there a brand a cheese I should be looking for? I am not too adventurous with my types of cheese…shredded is pretty much it.
I’d say just a shredded cheddar would be your best bet.
We use Laughing Cow Light Swiss for ours. Melts like a dream and tastes so good!
We’ve made this so many times – it’s a great recipe and the kids love it. We use the Montreal Steak Seasoning from McCormicks and the Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Awesome and super easy every time.
