Stove Cook
These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Divide 2/3 of dry dressing in bottom of an ungreased baking pans.
- On stovetop, cook beans in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, drain in colander.
- Pour beans in a bowl and combine with both soups, milk, french fried onions, and cheese.
- Pour over dressing in pans and spread evenly.
- Layer chicken on top of the green bean layer.
- Spread remaining dressing and almonds over both pans.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly.

Do you have to cook the chicken before putting the casserole together? Most recipes make you cook the meat, but this doesn’t say…
