  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 cups Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Pancake Syrup

  • 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Chips, Mini
