These directions are for cooking this recipe to serve immediately and NOT to freeze for later.
- Prepare hard-boiled eggs.
- In a food processor, combine butter and flour.
- Pulsing just until mixture is combined and crumbled.
- Add the salt and baking soda, pulsing until combined.
- Add white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and hard boiled eggs.
- Pulse until mixture combines completely.
- Place mixture into a large bowl, and gently fold in chocolate chips.
- Form dough into balls with approximately 2 Tablespoons of batter.
- Place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
- Bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
