  • 2 individual Egg
  • 2 ¾ cups Flour, All-Purpose
  • 1 cup dice Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¾ cups Chocolate Chips

Why would I want to freeze this?

  1. Prepare hard-boiled eggs.
  2. In a food processor, combine butter and flour.
  3. Pulsing just until mixture is combined and crumbled.
  4. Add the salt and baking soda, pulsing until combined.
  5. Add white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and hard boiled eggs.
  6. Pulse until mixture combines completely.
  7. Place mixture into a large bowl, and gently fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Form dough into balls with approximately 2 Tablespoons of batter.
  9. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
  10. Bake at 350F for 14-16 minutes, until edges begin to brown.
  11. Allow to cool.
  12. Divide among indicated number of freezer bags. Label and freeze.
