- Preheat a skillet to medium heat.
- Mash banana and baking powder together. Add egg, oil, salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and milk. Stir.
- Stir in oats and flour until just combined. Sprinkle in chocolate chips and fold gently.
- Place .25 cups of batter on skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.
- Repeat until all batter is used.
