  1. Combine flour, salt, milk, and eggs in a bowl and beat until just smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together pears, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Once pear mixture is combined, add to flour mixture and stir.
  4. Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray.
  5. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full with mixture.
  6. Bake at 425F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once popovers have finished baking, allow to cool.
