Confetti Corn Casserole

  • 1/3 pounds Bacon
  • 8 cups Corn, Frozen
  • 1 1/4 cups dice Onion, White
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Red
  • 1 1/2 cups dice Bell Pepper, Green
  • 2 cups dice Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Black Pepper

  2. Reserve bacon grease and saute corn, onion, and peppers in a large skillet over medium heat until peppers are tender.
