Join the discussionThese sound yummy but each serving has 152 more calories than the ones in the freezer case.
Hi Bonnie. Our dietitian has been in the process of updating the nutrition information on our recipes using professional software. She went ahead and updated this recipe for you. One serving of our version has approximately 270 calories. Please note that all nutrition information, even on packaged food products, is considered an estimate. The slight difference in the nutrition facts on our recipe versus the packaged product is due to small differences in exact ingredients used as well as exact serving size (our serving appears to be slightly larger). Hope that helps!
Thanks! I am going to make these this weekend. I found Eggbeaters that already have the peppers, onion, and garlic in them and I am substituting the 2% cheese with non-fat cheese. I am also going to use diced Canadian bacon Instead of turkey bacon.
Unfortunately smart ones don’t make them any longer:(
If you make it with low carb tortilla =70 cal, egg substitute =50cal; reduced cheese = 45c and veggies are 0 is 165 calories. I think it’s less?
Need a recipe for copycat Smart Ones sausage, egg and cheese.
are breakfast quesidillas discontinued by smart ones
Yes, Bonnie, I believe they are discontinued.
